Michael Rzepczyk (*1966) is Member of the Managing Board (COO) of SMS group GmbH.
Michael Rzepczyk has been working for the SMS group since the beginning of his professional career more than 30 years ago. After completing his studies in mechanical engineering at the University of Duisburg/Essen, he began his career in 1993 at the then Mannesmann Demag AG in Duisburg as design and project manager.
Over the years, he took on various management positions in the areas of continuous casting technology, procurement/quality assurance as well as metallurgy and environmental technology. In March 2019, he joined the board and assumed the role of COO of SMS group GmbH.
Michael Rzepczyk has two children and lives with his wife in Dinslaken.
