Our new software generation allows controlling of all strand movement parameters and even the acceleration ratios. This reduces the maximum withdrawal force avoiding possible surface cracks. Furthermore it can have a positive effect to the die life. With the new software package we additionally have simplified the HMI in order to avoid any maladjustments by operators.
