Our innovative direct drive allows the machine to achieve a total efficiency of 98 percent. In addition to the ecological aspect, this drive concept comes with a particularly high effectiveness resulting from the abandonment of converting stages and from saving ancillary equipment in the drive system.
What’s more, the physical/electro-technical principle of a permanently excited synchronous motor makes it operate essentially more efficient than an asynchronous motor.

Forward-looking drive technology
This energy efficient, low-noise and extremely maintenance friendly machine has been developed for application in the mechanical engineering sector, so the torque drive ensures maximum process-oriented drive performance with low maintenance.
The compactness of the system offers greater flexibility in terms of lower-cost stand design. With no worm gear unit, its mechanical efficiency is much higher. This means less energy is consumed, including only half of the usual power input.
What's more, there are fewer moving masses, which in turn reduces mass inertia while improving the dynamics and control performance at the same time.
Benefits
- High energy efficience with lower OPEX as a result
- Efficient motor technology
- No gear unit
- No circulating lubrication
- No separately driven fan
- Environmentally conscious, because there is no gear oil
- Low-maintenance (maintenance-free)
- No gear part wear
- Very high control performance
